21 Dec 2023. Again bollywood fever is at top with release of megastar Shahrukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas’s Salaar. With ever growing fan following internationally, SRK and his art is worshipped world wide . Moreover, Living in developing countries one can easily relate to plot of Dunki, the way of entering foreign soil.

In pursuit of better life, mostly from underdeveloped or developing countries, migration towards Europe, America has become a trend where hardship is faced by those with poverty and minimal academic stature, such are well depicted in theatrical manner in the movie.

Reviewing this particular movie, one can never be bored even for a minute as constant shift from hilarious situational comedy to eyes watering emotional scenes are throughout properly presented. Even if one just watches it for entertainment purpose without having basic understanding of illegal migration and hardships associated with it, can surely get their money’s worth. Minimum complete 5 star is the least I can provide to this master piece with added gratitude.

This movie stretches your lips for smile, makes you uncontrollably laugh, brings tear in your eyes, pokes you with patriotic darts and eventually takes you in a journey where you are gonna learn the importance of home, struggle for better life of own and relatives .

Talking about cast, momentarily appeared Vikki kaushal has perfected the role to impart suffering, old wrinkly yet charismatic sharukh is shot so perfectly which wows you. Punjabi accent seems bit hard for Hardy(SRK) but that really does hide under shadow of his great performances.

All character presented has done justice to their role which completely takes us to emotional rollercoaster. Tapashi, Baman and rest can surely be said were perfect fit for their allocated roles. Interestingly in one drunken scene between Srk and Vicky , later has out performed previous but this doesn’t overshadow the intensity of SRKs eyes emoting in every scenario.

To conclude, best piece of art and full money’s worth. Do visit theatre once to feel our own story of Nepalese migrating to Europe, America by paying hefty amount yet risking life.
