Dr KC breaks hunger strike

Amargadhi, Senior orthopedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC has broken his hunger strike on Tuesday. Dr KC who had been staging fast-unto-death in Dadeldhura, demanding reforms in medical sector in the country, broke his strike on the 9th day. It was the 17th hunger strike Dr KC waged.
He broke the strike, stating that his heart was broken with the latest political map released by India which placed Nepali territory inside India. He also expressed solidarity with all Nepalis regarding the nationalism and border issues.
